The conference is intentionally small. Forty seats, no overflow. Every person who registers takes a seat that another member cannot have. The agenda is built around who is in the room — sessions, breakouts, and the dinners are scoped to the registered headcount.
From the moment you confirm, we are spending against your word: catering covers are ordered, restaurant tables are booked under our name with confirmed numbers, and venue capacity is committed. A "yes" here is operational, not aspirational.
If you register, plan to be there. If something genuinely changes, tell us by July 10, 2026 (14 days out) so we can release covers and offer the seat to a member on the waitlist. After that point, the spend has been made on your behalf — the fee is owed whether you attend or not, and the cost of a no-show is borne by the members who did show up.
We're not putting a credit card on file. We're trusting you. That's the deal — and it's the same one we run the rest of our business on.
